I am responsible for managing the Creative Department at Eastlink Community TV and serving as a senior management team member within the organization. The department is responsible for all branding and creative elements that air on Eastlink Community across Canada.-Manage three creative producers to meet production deadlines, quality standards, and CRTC regulations.-Regularly meet with producers and managers to develop new treatments for new and existing programs.-Manage internal projects, including scope, timelines, and deliverables.-Develop internal process to contribute to efficient operations.-Maintain proficiency with the following software packages: Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects); Ross XPression 5.5; Ross Datalinq Manager; Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

MusicFest Canada is North America's largest festival focused on promoting excellence in music education. Each year, upward of 10,000 students attend the national event and participate with their school or community's concert band, jazz band or choir in front of professional musicians and educators. Participants are also treated to a number of live performances by their peers and clinicians and have the opportunity to audition for national concert and jazz bands as well as over $100,000 in scholarships and bursaries.As part of the Production Management Team for MusicFest, I work year-round participating in the planning process for the annual event. Activities include, but are not limited to: designing and preparing marketing collateral, participating in teleconferences, training the technical team. I also travel to the host city a week in advance of the festival in order to coordinate the festivals logistics, accept incoming gear, organizing the warehouse, and distribution of all equipment, musical instruments, and promotional items used by MusicFest Canada.

Working in a small office, I was offered a role which would allow me to contribute in other areas at the same time. I was not only a Graphic Designer, but contributed in the strategy and management of various projects.Accomplishments:• Built and delivered a system to monitor and ensure asset continuity on the Vodafone.nl website.• Created and delivered full site Style Guide to Randstad Holding as well as for an internal company project.• Designed office branding for Blast Radius Amsterdam’s current office.• As Project Manager, Art Director and Designer, successfully delivered an auction micro site for LandRover.de• Clients include (but not limited to): Vodafone Netherlands, Vodafone UK, Land Rover Germany, Nintendo of Europe, BMW Canada, Philips, Ford UK, Randstad Holding, Guerrilla Games, and Sage Publications (UK).

Working as a link between the Project Management Group and Operations, I would liaise with Project Managers, Business Directors, and Client Managers. I was responsible for assigning the appropriate resources to projects based on requirements, time lines, location, and priority. I was also a client-facing resource, serving as a strategist in various capacities.Accomplishments:• Created a process and implemented a system for the European offices to deliver information as needed to the North American head office (in Vancouver).• Co-chaired various strategy sessions, including a 5-day road-mapping session with Vodafone Netherlands and a 3-day best practices session with Vodafone UK.
