Previously the office outsourced all interactive work, my efforts creating and directing this new group resulted in developing a critical revenue stream that increased gross profits and enhanced key capabilities offerings. The amount of digital work quintupled under my creative leadership.Conceptualized interactive, print, major photo shoots, and TV for iconic international accounts. Managed teams of up to 20 people on big start-up projects, including; creative, interactive, development, and photography teams both on site and on location. Art directed numerous major, week-long photo shoots for Verizon Wireless and Walmart. Frequently requested by the client to work on particularly critical high profile photo shoots. CM competed with six other agencies presenting TV spots to the PDFA in a highly competitive selection process with a review by their Creative Board made up by ad agency Creative Directors. My ‘Mirror’ concept rated the highest of any of their TV spots in both pre- and post-testing. Due to this testing, it ran theatrically as well as on TV.Key contributor on winning lucrative Walmart business. Worked on their circulars as an art director, photo art director, and manager. 97 million copies were printed of each piece. These were identified as being a primary reason for their unprecedented sales growth during that key holiday period, beating out Target for the first time in several years.
