Player/ Coach role of Scrummaster and Agile Coach on the client site McDonalds for employer Sapient/Razorfish (Waltech).As part of Sapient Razorfish’ Strategic Enablement project at global headquarters in Chicago, I supported the Agile Transformation of the division GDAP, data and analytics platforms. Conducting training for teams within GDAP on Agile fundamentals with additional training on supporting tools JIRA, Confluence and Portfolio. As teams were transformed to Agile delivery, I handled the administrative aspects of setting their work backlogs up as projects in JIRA as well as matching space in Confluence. In addition, every sprint, I lead two scrum teams IM&GBL and SATL as their Scrummaster. The IM&GBL team handles the unique to McDonalds challenge of location management of close 40,000 stores in over 130 counties. IM&GBL also maintains items across all menus which vary by both marketing regions and countries or franchisees within markets. The SATL team plays a crucial role of providing data analytics and forecasting with data scientists combining global headquarters data with data from markets and franchisees while adjusting seasonality and market factors.

SE2 is the market leading provider of BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) to the Insurance Providers market.Player/ Coach role of Scrummaster and Agile Coach on the client site of SE2. SE2 is client of my employer TriCom. Every sprint, I lead two to four scrum teams in the Scrummaster role. Our scrum teams are formed as needed for our COE/CDT business units that are directly responsible for delivery. Over my tenure at SE2 I have led hundreds of team sprints. These sprints saw the completion of thousands of user stories and delivered to the client three to five hundred features every quarter.For my assigned Client Delivery Team (CDT), I fill the role of agile coach, working with the eleven to sixteen scrum teams thru their life cycles of formation, execution, and disbanding. Key to this is coordination of the teams within the CDT and coordination of the teams with COEs.We are in the process of adopting agile thru a multiyear transformation. This affects the COE/CDT business units as well as support departments like HR and Finance. All Scrummasters function as agile coaches taking on enterprise wide transformation initiatives. We performed marketing and database work on behalf of Novartis Animal Health (NAH), Hills Pet Food, Audi and GEHA (Government Employees Health Association).For Novartis I managed the transition to mobile while supporting the Novartis relaunch into the market. The mobile optimized website, accessed thru in-clinic QR codes, saw 30 to 40 percent of rebates being completed in the veterinarians office and was credited with most of the relaunch success. At the same time we rolled out new websites, email campaigns and reskinned existing websites for the two new products and existing four products. Hills saw the launch of the MVC based contract management system for Hills Shelter program as well as email campaigns for consumer, vet and shelters. We performed survey processing for Audi in market efforts. For GEHA, I managed the developers responsible for maintaining the loading, cleansing and exporting of member data to support annual health care enrollment.

Development is done in Scrum inspired fashion with Team City, Rally and SVN. We develop in two week sprints with a release every three sprints.
