Drift, Zoominfo, etc..- Led all hiring efforts, growing team 6 fold during tenure boasting an avg retention of 30 months, 2x the industry standard- Led and planned all SKOs, coordinated professional sales training, and helped devise internal SOP to ensure high standard of performance, qualitatively and quantitatively- Played player-coach role during the early phase of tenure, closing largest recurring deal in company history in first 3 months, overcoming that just one month later -
