About Andrew Constantinescu

I'm interested in using data to tell stories and to help companies make decisions that make our communities better places to live. Though I've stepped away from the teaching profession, I will never stop being a teacher.I believe that an outstanding teacher is professional in the way they approach their work with students, taking care to challenge students appropriately, relate to them, and prepare adequately for the lessons to be taught. In addition, an outstanding teacher is someone who can help students engage with and experience the content in a new way. This means that teachers know students’ backgrounds and teach to that context. It also means giving them skills that they will use long after they graduate from high school and college. Above all, an outstanding teacher goes far beyond teaching the content. This kind of teacher must be intentional about knowing each of the students in the classroom and building positive relationships with them.Andrew Constantinescu
