I currently lead the day-to-day operations and manage all aspects of the business at Collegiate Admission and Retention Solutions (CARS). I have more than 15 years' experience improving student outcomes and have grown in various roles in our business, from managing small teams and providing quality assurance and process management, to working in the IT support team, to navigating state procurement, to leading larger teams and eventually our organization as a whole. This provides me with a well-rounded perspective and enables me to understand and leverage people, process, and technology as we help public and private colleges and universities to address common challenges in enrollment and retention. I've worked with small private institutions with ~100 students and large multi-campus community colleges with more than 80,000 students and have helped to design services ranging from basic inbound enrollment support to multi-year proactive student retention plans.
