Director Of Strategy
As the Director of Digital Strategy, I was responsible for defining and overseeing the enterprise digital strategy, encompassing Web sites, landing pages and microsites; paid, earned and owned digital media; and all supporting infrastructure (Web content management, analytics, marketing automation platforms). Additionally, I was responsible for advising all functions on execution, coordination and optimisation of digital strategies. The client-facing role required a thought-leader in digital best practices spanning interface design, user experience, new capabilities, privacy laws and regulations, metadata, and digital strategy compliance.Ultimately, the role required an advanced understanding of consumer psychology and using analytics to continuously audit and improve digital experiences and outcomes. As the North American Marketing Manager I was responsible for AGFA’s RIS, EHR/EMR, and HIS informatics platforms including value proposition, business model, channels, messaging and go to market.
