My administrative role is multifaceted as I often collaborate with other departments to improve the experience of our members and staff. Beyond managing daily office operations, I communicate with IIDA members to answer questions about membership by navigating our association management software. I book travel accommodations for our SVP and complete their monthly expense reports. Working with the marketing team, I regularly update the website on a custom CMS. When the IT Manager was on maternity leave, I utilized my previous experience and temporarily filled the position.

As office assistant I assumed a large amount of responsibility that impacted the experience of the staff, consultants and clients. As the face of the firm, I maintained written and verbal correspondence, conditions of property and presentation of the office. Managing IT operations, I was able to save the company thousands of dollars annually through auditing the amount of software licenses purchased and helped architects resolve technological issues, thus freeing up billable hours to be spent on their professional projects.

Oversaw the daily operations of the restaurant by providing excellent customer service, motivated and managed staff of 15+ employees, placing daily orders and ensuring we met our quarterly metrics.
