Our foundation is in a team of seven fully qualified and fully insured gas and heating engineers working in London and surrounding counties – all of which are home grown having been trained to fully qualified in-house, Covering- Planned Works.- Servicing.- Gas Safety Checks.- Boiler Repairs- Boiler Replacements- Boiler Finance- Trace and Repair.- Central Heating Installations.- Bathroom Installations.- Remedial works and repairs We have a fully manned office 8am to 5pm every weekday, so there is no chasing around of engineers/tradesmen on their mobiles. We use sophisticated software, that enables us to manage multiple engineer diaries and sent by email within moments of a job being completed with a Job reports and Landlord gas safety certificates. We aim to complete estimates/quotations same day or next working day. We run a very tight ship – a customer for us is a customer for life, not just the current job or project We are Vaillant; Worcester and Viessmann accredited engineers allowing us to extend the warranty on boiler installations to 7 years or 10 years depending on the manufacturer. We keep full history of all works completed at all properties on our database and guarantee our works for 12 months and/or lifetime of the part installed. Once we have properties on our system, we will give a 30 day heads up of when your Certificates and Boiler Services are due, saving you the time, headache and stress of having to find an engineer at the last moment when a certificate is about to expire or a new tenancy begin. Whenever we complete a boiler service we also perform a systems check of the home to ensure that all radiators are bled, there is no shedding and all is running to maximum optimum performance. We work for Homeowners; Landlords; Letting agents; building contractors (on both small and large projects, some up to 2 years long), councils for social housing.
