Quarterly checks to ensure access to confidential information and restricted share drives were only accessed appropriately.Management and streamlining of processes handling the tracking and approval of change; automating these processes using Confluence and Jira and creating a central landing page where all relevant information is accessible.Other responsibilities included hosting triage meetings to handle our internal change process which involved liaising with team members to ensure tasks were handled with correct governance and due diligence and a biweekly meeting for disseminating information across all teams across the Finance department. My role as the mechanic for Bray Bowl was to maintain the arcade and bowling machines. This required mechanical skills and technical skills as the arcade machines would be made up of a mix of 1980’s circuit boards as well as more modern day computers with a mixture of operating systems and UIs depending on the game developer. Soldering and knowledge of the specific workings of bowling machines and old pinball machines were also necessary to succeed in the role.
