I founded and led the appraisal division for Colliers International Valuation in Boise from 2014-2020. Valuation Services include real property valuation, appraisal, and consulting services across all commercial real estate asset classes. My previous valuation experience includes fee simple, leased fee, leasehold and easement appraisals of office, retail, industrial, multi-family and specialty properties.
