Contracted as Team Leader on the Samsung contract, responsible for the daily running of local national PSD teams, in support of clients in carrying out engineering operations within the oil & gas industry. Responsibilities include providing medical cover in the event of emergency, and training of local nationals.Initially contracted as PSD Team Leader on BGC contract, managing a variety of teams with the majority of a local national composition, and composed of Buses with a heavy lift capacity. Responsibilities included journey planning, risk mitigation, vital administration and archiving, overseeing training for local nationals and maintaining records of training carried out.

Responsible for the management of a Security Escort Team with a mainly local national composition, contracted to safely escort employees throughout the AOR’s of Southern Iraq in order to facilitate construction operations in support of oil production.Commanding a three vehicle team during movements throughout the AOR, delegating responsibilities and monitoring client whereabouts, and ensuring full compliance of parameters & protocols stipulated by BGC and Shell Oil.Carrying out daily risk assessments for incoming taskings and mitigating any risks to a level that is as low as reasonably possible.Performing Senior Team Leader obligations periodically, maintaining fuel and cab registers and general project administration vital for operational capabilities. Overseeing training activities and team member understanding of protocol as well as ensuring team welfare.Time served on various TA’AZ contracts including Saipem, Oilserv and BGC Weatherford/Baker Hughes.

Al Rumailah, Al Basra, Iraq

Carrying the responsibility as Team Leader of a 6 vehicle Security Escort Team comprising mainly of Local Nationals.Safely escorting employees throughout the Al Rumailah Oilfields and Al Basra AOR in order to facilitate pipeline development and construction.Assuming the main responsibility within the team as the Primary Medic, including training of basic medical skills to members within the team.
