With over two years of experience as a mental health therapist, I am passionate about supporting LGBTQ+ youth and adults with trauma-informed and narrative therapy. I currently work at ajb therapy, a private practice that offers LGBTQ+ affirmative counseling, and at Brave Trails, a leadership camp for LGBTQ+ youth. At both settings, I help clients cope with trauma, anxiety, depression, and identity issues, using evidence-based and culturally responsive interventions. I also have experience as a mental health clinician at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, where I provided crisis intervention, assessment, and referrals for homeless and at-risk youth. I have a master's degree in clinical psychology with a specialization in LGBTQ+ affirmative psychotherapy from Antioch University-Los Angeles. I am committed to advancing the mental health and well-being of LGBTQ+ communities, and I am eager to learn from and collaborate with other professionals in the field.
