Lead and manage internal environmental audits and self-disclosure to state and federal agencies involving Clean Air Act violations, wetland violations. Negotiate and settle the self-disclosure matter with the agencies to final resolution. Facilitate and advocate for its environmental impact statement (EIS) for the federal unit in the Uinta Basin. Experience working with agencies on induced seismicity. Experience representing companies before regulatory agencies. Government Relations – Experience planning and executing advocacy efforts at the national, state, local and Tribal level on legislative, regulatory and commercial concerns to the company and the oil and gas industry in general. Participation with several national, regional and state trade associations.
