Idaho Copper Corporation ("IDCU") owns CuMo, one of the largest undeveloped copper projects in the Americas, and perhaps the largest undeveloped, global primary molybdenum project. I joined as COO in January 2022 to take the project from its current Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) stage through a PEA update incorporating ore sorting and other technical work, to the development of a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) and beyond. I transitioned to CEO/COO in July of 2024 and am charged with the strategic direction of the company as well as the development of the CuMo deposit. I am still on the ground in Idaho, advancing community and governmental relations, and permitting with the US Forest Service.

Joined privately held Delaware corporation as part of initial key professional management team at battery metals recycling startup. The team has vast technical experience in metals processing recovery operations, and features individuals with deep experience in all aspects of running corporate startups. BMI has extensive global contacts for spent battery metals recycling feedstock and source materials to produce materials which can be supplied to OEM’s and battery manufacturers. The Company plans to take in black mass, lithium-ion based batteries, other spent battery configurations, and other feedstock for a proven technology pilot commercial processing facility with an initial design for 2,000 tpy throughput, and is in preliminary design work for a much larger industrial plant with 70,000 tpy input. The first operation to be sited in North Carolina on the east coast of the US.

Berkeley is a worldwide expert consulting firm providing independent advice, data analytics, authoritative studies, expert testimony and investigations, financial analysis, and regulatory/dispute consulting to Fortune 500 corporations, financial institutions, governmental agencies, major law firms and regulatory bodies.

Critical Metals Ventures LLC ("CMV) is a privately held limited liability company which combines the talents of experienced mining industry professionals who have a history of successful discovery and development of mineral projects. CMV Members have extensive experience in project location and acquisition, early stage and advanced exploration, development, mining and production, engineering design, hydrogeological and geotechnical engineering, environmental and regulatory, legal, finance, administration and project and corporate management skills. Currently, CMV has optioned and expanded the footprint of an advanced leachable copper project in Arizona. This project has a historical drill-identified resource (non-NI-43-101 compliant) incorporating substantial geochemistry, drilling and laboratory analysis, metallurgical and related work. CMV is presently seeking capital to move the project to a PEA level stage.

Collectively EMDG has many years of experience in the mining industry incorporating exploration, development, mining and production, engineering design, hydrogeological and geotechnical engineering, legal, finance, administration and project and corporate management skills. The principal purpose of EMDG is to act a project incubator, taking discoveries and initial exploration and development of meritorious properties to a level where they can be logically turned over to investors who have greater financial resources at their disposal.Recognizing their complementary skill sets, mutual interests and goals the principals of EMDG have come together as a group to explore and develop mineral projects that are key to the emerging energy sector. Closed 3 major financings and 2 property acquisitions.

Joined two publicly-traded OTCBB junior exploration companies as chief executive in order to develop and implement strategic direction for portfolios of copper and gold projects in South America. Also acted as manager of the private entity which serves as the administration and back office function-provider to these and a number of other, affiliated public companies which are run out of the same location. Performed all legal work for companies and had responsibility for all aspects of company administration as well as fundraising and capitalization, budgeting, and design and implementation of work programs and compliance issues (FCPA, etc.).

Following the completion of the $3.5 billion acquisition and merger of Magma Copper Company into BHP, in which a major role was taken, served as the principal lawyer inside of BHP Copper, one of the largest private copper producers in the world, managing major international mining and related transactions, joint venture relationships, intellectual property matters, litigation management and related business and legal affairs of the largest division within BHP, a $75 billion international, Australia-based conglomerate.
