Working in a start-up that provided 3D Visualisations for the domestic construction industry, I had a plethora of responsibilities that spanned multiple sectors and trades, moulding me into an astute observer for both creativity and profitability. The role can be broken up into 3 main sectors;Visualiser;Ultimately what I came to achieve was to enhance my proficiency across my existing software knowledge as well as building some strong foundations in new technology. Learning Autodesk Revit, Unreal Engine’s Twinmotion 2022 whilst also enhancing my already-expert knowledge in Photoshop, I expanded my skillset in a high-pressure work environment that demanded both speed and quality within a short space of time and became the go-to person for Photoshop help and problem solving.Marketing;As a small business, we are heavily reliant on digital advertising and marketing to both sell our product whilst building a brand and an identity across all traditional social media platforms. I played a lead role in both the ad strategy, content and budgeting to ensure maximum CPC and CPL efficiency, leading to a massive net positive ROI. I also lead the design stages of the creation of new business cards for all members of the Management Team with my print-UI skills I previously learnt both at university and my personal experience learning Figma.Account Management;Bridging the gap between the business and the client, my role as an Account Manager and Visualiser was extremely varied. From Quality Controlling finished projects to going to business meetings with prospective clients and nurturing incoming leads from advertisements - I was able to witness and partake in the entire process. As only 1 of 2 members of the Sales Team, I played a key role in ensuring the business had enough work to remain sustainable, building relationships with countless Architects, Contractors and Developers all whilst ensuring our output of work was to a standard that I would feel proud to call my own.

As part of my placement year, I became a Product Innovator at N Brown to both develop my professional understanding of both a business and the role. Working across a variety of the Home and Gift areas including Furniture and Tech I played a key role in the product development cycle. This also gave me the opportunity to go to trade shows, such as the London Design Show 2019 and the January Furniture Show 2020.
