• Create monthly international Operations Review which analyses both budget and forecast variances across each of the ADT South Africa divisions.• Create and maintain South African economic costing model required by TYCO Global Ops for international comparison and developing market expansion.• Define and implement systems required to increase efficiency and eliminate wastage within ADT. • Project team lead on the current GL transformation project, which includes standardising 7 regional GL’s and prepares the business to report in the new transformed structure.
