Hired by Board to jump in and help scale the business. I found a brilliant team and shifted the focus to the tools they had available. The focus needed was on tuning the ERP system data and connections for the management of the supply chain and then developing the bolt on software package they had purchased for managing product demand and scheduling. The work included development of training documents and training sessions for the ERP system and then training and working modules for product planners to complete the implementation of the very product specific supply chain items. I provided training locally and then remotely for the rest of the global teams. KPIs were developed to provide success measurements for the group as they worked through the system.

- Part of small group that volunteered to blitz the Atlanta operation, with our focus on retooling the culture via re-initiating lean manufacturing practices, essentially running the plant and doubling production in less than 4 months in early 2022- Responsible for development of the facility and the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) of the manufacturing equipment as well as developing the plant start up and manufacturing systems in the Atlanta expansion- Over the last five years, developed five times the manufacturing capacity from when I started- Within the first six months in this role, improved capacity and performance by over 2X, with the bulk of the improvements being leveraged from the engagement and development of the manufacturing team in the Utah plant- Developed metrics for plant performance goals and accountability, for financial and production performance, from Engineering, Maintenance and through to Manufacturing
