• Responsible for gross sales with P&L for multiple departments Men's Suit Shop /Children's World / Electronics / Patio & BBQ / CRAFTSMAN Hardware / HVAC / Fitness) • Hiring, and leading a staff of 22 along with performance based scheduling for 7 departments set forth by head office under the new re-alignment.• Under the new re-alignment credit acquisition and credit conversion were at the forefront of daily sales. These departments under my leadership remained in the top 5 of 21 stores in the region (5 of 7 in the top 3 of 21) . Lead sales initiatives thru the example of "selling in the trenches" as well as guided through empowerment of the team to think outside the box to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals.
