Currently seeking new freelance & contract opportunities in qualitative insights, user experience research, POV/strategy, and product concept innovation! So far my career has been centered at the crossroads of research, design and storytelling, having spent the better part of my career as an ethnographer, strategist, and documentary producer. I've overseen projects that have spanned 4 continents, 5 languages and involved complex logistics of multiple vendors and cross functional client organization teams.With a specialty in mobile technology, my ethnographic work has spanned a wide range of categories such as sport, healthcare, food & beverage, hospitality, automotive and gaming.
