My career has given me unique opportunities to lead impactful campaigns, shape policy, and manage complex issues at the highest levels. As the former Head of Policy, Public Affairs, and Communications for the UK’s largest business trade association, I successfully led initiatives in response to the Global Financial Crisis, working closely with successive UK governments to deliver practical help for SMEs and the communities around them.At EU level, I have managed high-profile legislative advocacy campaigns, established and led trade associations, and provided crisis communications support to NGOs. My work in the Balkans, Eastern Europe, and West Africa with democracy support organisations further enriched my perspective on geo-politics and international policy. My career spans both in-house and agency roles, including advising C-suite executives at S&P 100 companies and serving as Head of Communications for Europe at Philip Morris International. In 2023, I founded TGF Communications with a mission to provide strategic communications, government affairs, and advocacy services tailored to charities, NGOs, and startups.
