Andrew is an experienced board executive with over 30 years in leading European and International Management Consulting and IT Organisations coupled with radical turnaround programmes aimed at repositioning for growth and new markets. President of the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) 2007/08 and worked closely with other member organisations to further promote the value and contribution of the Management Consulting Industry.In recent years Andrew has concentrated and co-founded Aubisque Ltd and OS Generation Ltd with the remit to bring On-site generation solutions to the SME sector. Andrew also works with FTSE 250 companies on their growth agendas, Transformation programmes and Strategic positioning initiatives. He also advises within the Consulting Industry on M&A initiatives, Growth and Industry Consolidation.Previously he was the Managing Director UK Consulting Sopra Steria, member of the UK Executive and member of the European Consulting Leadership team. Was responsible for establishing Sopra Steria's 2020 UK Consulting strategy and leading the growth of the Consulting business through organic and acquisition initiatives across the Public and Private sectors.At IBM Andrew was an Executive Partner responsible for leading the identification, pursuit and closure of multi-million Transformational deals, bringing together IBM’s Transformational Consulting, Systems, Software, Cloud and Analytics assets with innovative commercial models for clients in Europe, Africa, North and South America. Prior to joining IBM Andrew spent over 20 years in CSC (Computer Sciences Corporation) formerly as a Management Consultant with CSC Index and latterly in senior leadership positions including CEO of CSC’s Germany business, Vice President of Nordics Consulting, Vice President UK Consulting & Systems Integration and Vice President EMEA Financial Services C&SI.Has worked extensively with clients in the Financial Services, Communications, Electronics, Oil and Gas, Aerospace & Defence and Manufacturing sectors.
