As the Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis it is my responsibility to create reports to assist the executive team make key decisions. I specialize in creating pro-forma models at a Gross and Fund level, Variance Discussion, Distribution Analysis, lender reporting, and managing and organizing large data sets to create ad hoc reports that are organized and easily digested.

My internship is very hands on allowing me to play an active role in a variety of operations. Everyday brings with it new challenges as we expand into new markets. I have a wide range of duties ranging from lease abstraction to integrating new portfolios into our existing network as well as collecting and confirming titles and other forms of ownership documents that may be used by any number of foreign countries. In addition to these duties I work with our financial analyst to complete initial cash flow analysis of potential acquisitions.

As the Sr. Loan Officer I managed the daily operations that involved our customers. My duties included communicating our programs to our clients while maintaining a positive relationship with them throughout the life of their business. My goal was to make sure our clients were provided with a level of customer service that was unparalleled, while at the same time putting them in the best possible loan program. In addition to customer relations I managed our relationship with brokers.
