Led our strategic implementation team to ensure the client's project is delivered in scope and on time, by being the connective thread between our sales and solutions delivery teams. My main objectives include building out and documenting the solution design, working with the client to run impact analysis on the business, and providing guidance on best practices to ensure a seamless integration of data. During implementation, I work closely with the customer success manager to create custom training materials and architect the solution rollout to all teams.
