Led global talent acquisition and talent management functions and served as the senior business partner to NuVasive's largest global business unit (R&D, Marketing, Specialized Orthopedics, Customer Engagement, Corporate Development, and Medical Affairs).Previously served as VP, Commercial Sales and corporate functions (Finance, Legal, External Affairs, etc), as well as leader of the organization's M&A integration management office.

Oversaw finance group responsible for operational reporting and financial analysis of the apartments division. Ongoing responsibilities include asset management reporting, financial due diligence related to development, renovation and acquisition opportunities, monthly commission payments to 900+ on-site employees, as well as FP&A ad hoc requests for senior managementResponsible for coordination of the annual business plan and monthly re-forecast process for a portfolio consisting of 44,000 multifamily units (~$1B annual revenues)Prepared the underwriting analysis, lease up reporting and post mortem examinations for 19 new communities and 38 reinvestment projects completed since 2003, a period in which the company’s operating portfolio increased by approximately 50%Led business unit in the development of a proprietary budget preparation model that was recognized for its ‘best in class’ design and development execution at the 2006 Cognos Forum convention.
