Hired directly by Global Fixed Income COO to lead the Fixed Income Profit Maximization Initiative. I drove process reengineering, efficiencies, culture changes and was key representative for New Investment Bank Non Compensation Expense team, focusing on the bottom line. Select Notable Accomplishments: *Developed and implemented an Investment Banking IT engagement model during 2010/2011 to improve transparency of a $1bn cost base and facilitate “Change the Bank” (development) and “Run the Bank” (application infrastructure) decision making with supporting analytics and metrics. Drove the initiative to integrate both development and application infrastructure (“Total Cost of Ownership” concept) for Fixed Income targeting a $150mm savings opportunity by 2014. *Provided leadership via core metrics to drive strategic decisions for divesting opportunities resulting in $500mm of cost reductions in order to meet current market conditions and new regulatory environment, and accelerating business model to early adoption of Basel III rules. *Delivered Non Compensation savings across Fixed and Variable expense base resulting in annualised savings of $95mm, via cost savings exercises, analysis and tighter expenses policies.

Promoted to join the GMI Finance team, reporting directly to the CFO, with accountability for strengthening controls and improving supporting processes. Select Notable Accomplishments: *Developed new compensation models to support $2.25 billion pay-for-performance model. Highlighted an acute disparity within legal entity personnel allocations that exposed firm to regulatory compliance issues and trapped $2 billion in capital. Work closely with Tax and Legal teams to ensure regulatory compliance, mitigate tax exposure and free-up capital. *Redesigned HR process for estimating and forecasting cash payment processes and highlighted key areas of weaknesses in controls. This involved all cash paying processes, including severance, sign-on bonuses and variable compensation representing $4.8 billion in total spend.  *Introduced new key controls surrounding compensation related accrual processes on the Balance Sheet attributed to severance that produced a $30 million positive impact.

Additionally assumed role as Business Manager for newly formed Collateralised Debt Obligation (CDO) team (revenue of $400 million) to implement policies and procedures to comply with internal controls. Produced annual strategic plans and budgets for the COO and managed financial planning and rationalisation of front office systems development projects.

Implemented a same day revenue and balance sheet report for the entire Asia Fixed Income Business.
