    I resigned in the summer of 2024 after a great journey and valuable learning opportunity. During my tenure, I took on increasing responsibilities, ultimately becoming responsible for the direct ownership of the P&L for a Salesforce business unit with approximately $10M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) and consistent year-over-year growth. As a practice leader, I led all sales and delivery efforts, made possible by a team of exceptionally high-caliber colleagues and amazing clients around the world.As a practice leader, I successfully grew profit margins to over 60% within our Salesforce practice without sacrificing service quality or increasing churn. This was achieved, in part, through implementing staffing optimizations and empowering delivery teams with refined project operations. As our practice continued to grow and we further integrated with our acquiring company (Infosys), I consistently met margin targets and exceeded customer success KPIs while also navigating multi-million dollar deals co-delivered by Simplus and Infosys across Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, and many other enterprise applications.My success, and ultimately the success of the Salesforce business units in which I operated, would not have been possible without my amazing counterparts and the exceptional colleagues I worked with for many years, some for my entire tenure.A few valuable lessons (my opinions) I gained during my time include, but are not limited to: • Success is driven by the people we choose to surround ourselves with. • Both internal and external relationships are often as important—if not more so—when building partnerships with clients of all sizes. • Consultants are not merely ‘bodies’ to be thrown at work/clients without a strategic plan. Treating them as such lowers morale, diminishes customer satisfaction, and undermines a culture essential for long-term success. • Responsible growth outweighs growth at any cost. • Be a good person.
