With over 30 years of experience, I have helped optimize vehicle usage, improved driver safety, enhance driver productivity, and leverage business intelligence to improve companies overall performance.I began my career at Cellular One/AT&T, selling cellular phones to small and mid-size businesses and then joined Nextel Communications focusing on selling third-party GPS data applications (XORA) within Nextel handsets (two-way radio).During this time, my wife Liz and I co-founded Smart Fleet to help improve efficiency and productivity, better serving commercial contractors with GPS tracking technology. I developed deep expertise in telematics data science, commercial auto fleet risk assessment, and emerging technology solutions.In response to rising costs, worker shortages, and the need to stay competitive, I leveraged this knowledge to launch Ensure Analytics, optimizing the insurance experience for carriers, brokers, and policyholders through collaborative learning. At Ensure Analytics, I work with insurance companies and brokers to reduce loss frequency and cost of claims on commercial auto policies through risk assessment, pricing, claims management, loss control, and prevention services.My experience at Smart Fleet and Ensure Analytics, combined with valuable feedback from customers and brokers, inspired me to establish VeriDrive Insurance Agency.At VeriDrive, my focus is on revolutionizing the commercial auto insurance landscape through data science and telematics. We continue our long-standing fiduciary-like practices building trust with our clients and demonstrating our commitment to offering innovative commercial auto insurance programs.
