Within JPMorgan Chase Operations Technology, I managed a diverse, global Production Support (L2) team covering approximately 90 Document Management and imaging applications used across the firm. I was accountable for the stability and health of these applications; ensuring maximum uptime, fostering successful and sound change management practices, and driving rapid mitigation of any customer-impacting issues. Additionally, I led and participated in a wide variety of transformational initiatives, service-level improvements, and other strategic efforts to deliver ever-increasing efficiency and quality to our customers and internal clients.

While in JPMorgan Chase's Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Production Assurance Center, I managed a diverse team of Incident Managers. My primary responsibilities included training, mentoring, and coaching among the team, while driving efforts to enhance consistency and efficiency across the organization. Additionally, I served as Production Manager, acting as a single point of escalation with simultaneous accountability for Incident Management execution on all active issues.

The primary responsibility of a Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) Incident Manager is facilitating the resolution of high-priority IT issues by engaging necessary business and technical personnel for triage and repair. Working closely with business operations groups, the Incident Manager qualifies and quantifies impacts as a result of outages for reporting accuracy. Regularly interfacing with upper management, the accountable Incident Manager assists Problem Management in guiding the direction of focus on preventing recurring and high-impacting issues across technology teams firm-wide. Other critical responsibilities include process enhancement, root-cause analysis, and data validation.

As a lead or team member on discretionary projects, the primary responsibilities of the Core Cardholder BSA are to analyze business requirements and design new functional implementations or changes to existing components in order to satisfy business needs. Other responsibilities include performing run-the-engine tasks such as issue resolution, defect tracking, and process enhancement.

As a CDP Technology Rotational Analyst, I held three positions within JPMorgan Chase Card Services IT, each lasting approximately six months. My rotations break down as follows:July 2009 - December 2009: I was a Project Manager in Technology Operations - File Delivery coordinating a technology refresh initiative supporting the migration to a new file delivery platform.January 2010 - June 2010: I was a Mainframe Application Developer for our Core Processing - Cardholder Development group. I coded the required file transfer job changes for a platform refresh initiative working in COBOL, JCL, and NDM proc languages.July 2010 - December 2010: I was a Priority-1 Incident Manager within our Technology Operations - Production Assurance and Control (PAC) team. Priority-1 designates incidents involving any aspect of technology where customers are impacted, monetary losses are realized, or reputational damage is inflicted.

As a Corporate Development Program (CDP) summer intern, and later an academic-year intern, I worked on a middleware development team for Chase Card Services (CCS) within the Enterprise Shared Services block. I performed coding and scripting for various middleware and team-specific applications. Additionally, I periodically maintained our QA and development environments.

As an Operations, Management Services, and Technology (OMST) summer intern, I assisted the Processing Services team within Chase Card Services (CCS) by analyzing data and gathering requirements for various projects and initiatives.
