New documentation system project implementation in confluence.(Sept 17 - Feb 18) New business opportunities in Stockholm warehouse requires new dynamic tote filling processes to cater for e-commerce customers' orders. Advanced features allow orders to be released only when combinations with other customer orders fill a tote and which adhere to strict picking area rules. Costs on conveyor belt are controlled within visiting stations and documentation printed at the optimal station point. The process involves approximately 100 new business functions, all controllable via master processing options, for maximum control. This allows future enhancements with low risk due its modulated design.(Sept 16 - May 17) Created master process to launch over 150 UBE subsystem processes for launch start and end control, optional override on jobq and other parms with logging. Analysing performance advisories and optimizing many processes for 9.1Developing and implementing RPGLE iseries native web service calls to invoke E1 9.1 BSSV endpoints (WSDLs) mainly for integrations to trigger UBE subsystems. Also utilizing SQLRPGLE programs to directly trigger subsystem UBEs. Evaluating both methods in volume tests. Defining infrastructure architecture and methodologies. Eg. how to remove all old World Software dependencies in non-E1 objects and redesigning to utilize native E1 control functionality.Supporting Xe base. Creating IFS based polling system for inbound orders via EDI in Baltics 9.0, with automatic error handling and archiving features.

Involved many areas of business (cartonization, configuration packages and sales areas) to condense and simplify current functionality. XML output produced via BI Publisher and sent to 3rd parties (StreamServe).Rewrote custom chassis system to prepare and send engine related customer requests to define engine configurations and related components which inherit correct chassis licence ids. Involved bespoke UBE processes and BSFNs to interface to Volvo internal POS chassis system. ===============================================

Provided for automatic transfer order creation (with optional multi-company) in standard order entry (P4210). Delivered batch process for automatic WO completion when related sales is confirmed with possible deviations. Created reconciliation reports and a central ETA application to synchronise all related promised delivery info.

E1 8.12 (Oracle), Nebus, Hulst. Consolidated diverse custom sales processes into single process based on standard EDI R47011 subsystem. Designed new customer service maintenance for control of huge customer base Created bespoke speed entry sales order application to provide for customer loyalty based systems (Airmiles and other). Created job master trigger facility to provide for multi-purpose UBE PDF (and other) file copy mechanism.

E1 8.11 (iseries), Kaunas, Lithuania. Enterprise One 8.11 Lithuanian (phase III) Baltic role-out. Main projects are EDI Inbound Purchase Order development and Telesales (Baltic’s custom SOE system). Investigating all main processes for performance improvements and advising of better work practices to assist in day-to-day activities. Mainly on distribution related development tasks, especially SOE and advanced pricing where performance is critical. Other areas include pickslip print, invoice print, delivery note and writing custom ship confirm processes both in World and OW.In 2001 gained official Enterprise Report Writer professional certification.From June – Oct 2000 worked in Denver on upgrade project from B7332 to Xe. Initially on beta code, the project involved close liaison with JDE Denver Advanced Projects team to overcome OMW and code merge problems. Modifications were retro-fitted and many were re-engineered to be compatible in Xe. Worked on other OW projects at client sites including Eimskip in Iceland (GL summarization reports) , Vopak in Rotterdam and various other UK customer sites such as Suzuki and Gulliver’s Travels.
