Lead quarterly SOX Certification training sessions for all SOX Control Owners around the global company via conference call. Analysis Analysed weekly monthly Inter-company A/P Trade and Accrual Reports that highlighted any significant month-over-month trends in the account balances. Additionally, I delved into the accounting records and inquired with responsible parties to identify the reasons behind changes. Coordinated the reconciliation and cash settlement of cross jurisdictional aged inter-company trade and accrual balances, during a multimillion-dollar inter-company cleanup project.
