His formal education is in business management and consulting.He is also a certified mediator, working within businesses, with small claim disputes and with couples involved in marriage dissolution and family planning. Andrew shares an interest in child development through the work of his father, Dr. Foster Cline, who developed the program Love and Logic, emphasizing effective parenting and classroom techniques. He is a certified Love and Logic trainer.Andrew's work focuses on the development of self-awareness and using one's emotional intelligence to enhance personal and professional livelihood. He uses the EQ in Action Profile assessment tool developed by Leadership in Action Technologies. He also helps people move through their self-limiting beliefs using the structure and wisdom of the Enneagram.
