Responsible for and supervised the administration of 44 aircrew for academic, simulator, flight, and ground training for two E-3 AWACS. Maintained Combat Mission Ready status for worldwide deployment as Evaluator Air Weapons Officer.Evaluates, instructs and performs battle management and command and control (BMC2), on an E-3 Sentry, Airborne Warning and Control System. Commands military assets to accomplish combat, combat support, training, and other missionsInstructs, plans, and prepares for missions, review mission taskings, intelligence and weather. Supervises mission planning, and crew briefings. Ensures aircraft and BMC2 systems are equipped for missions.Operates sensors, and provides tactical fluid control of assigned joint weapons systems (kinetic/non-kinetic, air/space/ground/cyber), forces, functions, and effects. Executes, instructs, supervises, coordinates, or directs dynamic battle management of joint fires, force accountability, package development, real-time targeting and airspace control. Conducts theater air, ground, and surface surveillance and detects and validates emerging targets, accomplishes, combat identification, applies rules of engagement, and integrates joint/coalition C2 and ISR capabilities. Performs dynamic information management of multiple tactical BMC2 sensors, data links and communications systems in order to prioritize tactical and operational tasks, information and communication flow for battle space situational awareness. Integrates air, space and cyber domains at the operational level for direct planning, coordination, allocation, tasking, execution, monitoring and assessment in a designated area of responsibility. Develops plans and policies, monitors operations, and advises commanders. Assists commanders and performs staff functions related to this specialty.

Maintained status ready to conduct missions for national security objectives as Instructor Air Weapons Officer.Managed planning and coordination cell for numerous Major Command level USAF exercises ensuring preparation and execution for command and control throughout the Pacific Air Force's theater. Identified and validated new tactics, techniques, and procedures for E-3 AWACS employment.

Managed alert planning and execution for the Alaska E-3 AWACS. Identified critical flaws to current instructions; provided updates to processes to improve effectiveness and be in compliance with higher level instructions. Managed weekly scheduling and accountability of alert personnel to ensure 24/7 coverage of the Alaska NORAD Region. Managed scheduling and coordination of weekly alert simulations. Prepared the alert office for a regional evaluation. Briefed high-level leadership on the roles, responsibilities, and execution details of the squadron’s no-fail mission. Identified flaws in the notification process; re-wrote the office operational instruction to implement safe-guards that would ensure no gaps in alert coverage.
