Very challenging Windows 10 roll-out to all NHS Doctors Surgeries within Norfolk and Waveny District.The role includes swapping hardware - installing relevant software - troubleshooting all technical problems after the upgrade - including printers, scanners, and medical equipment, customer-facing skills have certainly been in play.

I am currently Team Leader within a team of 3 engineers supporting two HP data centres, including 24/7 standby rota covering Multivendor hardware support.Specialising in HP Proliant and Legacy Servers, C Class Blades in a fully virtualised infrastructure + Dell PowerEdge and IBM Xseries servers, the odd Sun box.Various Storage arrays including 3PAR and XP2000, XP24000 and XP9500 systems. IBM 3584 tape libraries, AS/400 iSeries, pSeries...
