In 2010 Andrew co-founded London non-profit 3Space who provide Space for Public Good. 3Space have operated 45 buildings across the UK including London’s largest affordable workspace in Brixton. He is also a director of consultancy REDO, with offices in London and Melbourne, whose purpose is to help public, private and third sector clients use their commercial property assets to make more equitable, green and interesting places. Set up by the founders of 3Space, REDO is an outlet through which they can apply their experience and help others shape their strategy and approach to real estate. He has advised companies such as Barclays Bank on how to reimagine the use of their branch space, the UK government on how to unlock their properties for startups and community use, Peabody HA on a new in-house affordable workspace product, and Lendlease on inclusive development. Prior to 3Space Andrew worked as an urban planner in regeneration, economic development and policy.

Ceo & Co-Founder3Space Jul 2010 - PresentLondon, United Kingdom3Space provides Space for Public Good. We work with government, developers and corporates and have operated over 45 buildings across the UK, making better use of commercial space to drive regeneration and benefit local communities.3Space are working on new practical operating models and partnerships which can be implemented at scale. Our operating model BUYGIVEWORK is the first to apply the Buy One = Give One approach to property. Our current projects include London's largest affordable workspace in Brixton and a co-working and agri-tech incubator in Bermondsey. We have previously worked with Barclays to bring co-working and maker spaces to the high street within former branch space, and central government to open up under-utilised government-owned space to entrepreneurs. 3Space has been featured in FT, Bloomberg, The Observer, Fast Company, Springwise, PSFK, Trendhunter and Property Week. In 2012 3Space was included in NESTA and The Observer's List of 'Britain's 50 New Radicals' - a network of innovative organisations which benefit society. In 2013 3Space was the European winner of the FT / Citi Urban Ingenuity competition – the best urban ideas in action from around the world. -
Director & Co-FounderRedo Nov 2019 - PresentLondon, United Kingdom & Melbourne, AustraliaREDO's purpose is to help public, private and third sector clients use their commercial property assets to make more equitable, green and interesting places. We're redoing real estate to have a social impact. The use of real estate is fundamental to how people live and work in cities, yet its social impact is rarely considered. This is starting to change. We set up REDO to share the knowledge and insight we’ve gained over the last decade, as an operator of space for public good, to help others shape their strategy and approach to real estate. We believe that successful cities need affordable, and often repurposed buildings to experiment and innovate, while modern businesses crave social engagement opportunities and access to local networks.REDO are experts at feasibility analysis. We combine technical know-how with hands-on operating knowledge from non-profit workspace operator 3Space. We create new business models and provide risk analysis to assist the public and private sector to make decisions on unlocking property assets for public good.We have recently opened an office in Melbourne, Australia -
