I started Andrew D’Addio Business Consulting to help business owner-advisors find their “Why”, which I believe can be the single greatest driver behind business success. Everyone I work with, whether single advisor or a larger multi-advisor firm wants to have a plan in place but sometimes have trouble defining the direction of their business.Because folks.

I ran the business operations at Rosenbaum Financial, which included staffing, marketing, and business management. I oversaw the logistical needs for a growing organization – focusing on programs, processes, and systems to make sure our customers are taken care of at the highest level possible.I was responsible for making the existing organization a better.

I worked with General Agents/Advisers to strategically grow their businesses to build the organization of their dreams. The work I did in this role enabled me to, at strategic and tactical levels, work with over 30 investment and financial planning firms which gave insights into the best practices adopted by top firms.

I was part of the initiative to create the first fee-based financial planning platform at Prudential. I supported over 300 advisors and managers through their transition into financial planning.
