I started Andrew D’Addio Business Consulting to help business owner-advisors find their “Why”, which I believe can be the single greatest driver behind business success. Everyone I work with, whether single advisor or a larger multi-advisor firm wants to have a plan in place but sometimes have trouble defining the direction of their business.Because folks have trouble with improving business operations, client-centered marketing and creating business/action plans to grow, I help them to set a clear path forward to see what the next iteration of their organization looks like AND implement a plan to get there!

I ran the business operations at Rosenbaum Financial, which included staffing, marketing, and business management. I oversaw the logistical needs for a growing organization – focusing on programs, processes, and systems to make sure our customers are taken care of at the highest level possible.I was responsible for making the existing organization a better version of its previous self, which included the formation of an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) for the firm by the vetting and selecting a custodian-partner and all legal filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). In managing the day-to-day logistics of the company, I continuously looked for and implemented strategies that helped the firm grow and evolve.

I worked with General Agents/Advisers to strategically grow their businesses to build the organization of their dreams. The work I did in this role enabled me to, at strategic and tactical levels, work with over 30 investment and financial planning firms which gave insights into the best practices adopted by top firms.

I built the the Practice Management program at AIC to help advisers grow their business and prepare for succession. The research and vetting process allowed me to gain a understanding of the depth and breadth of providers to help grow a wealth management firm.

I helped grow the MetLife organization by working with managers and agents to grow their businesses through building and offering professional development opportunities. I learned the best professional development offerings the industry has to offer as well as built programs to complement those offerings at the individual level.

I was part of the initiative to create the first fee-based financial planning platform at Prudential. I supported over 300 advisors and managers through their transition into financial planning. This experience allowed me to introduce a brand new initiative into an existing organization which gave me experience in the strategic, tactical and cultural aspects of growing an organization.
