Analyze team members' speeches and provide guidance to improve their performances. Travel to tournaments to serve as a chaperone and tournament judge.

As a "Blue Side" Team Member, I was responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store, and assisting guests in the following departments: Movies, Music, and Books; Electronics; Toys; Stationary; Sporting Goods; and Automotive. In addition to assisting guests with locating what they needed, I was also responsible for completing sales using a POS system, both in the check-out lines and in the Electronics department. Finally, I was also responsible for promoting and completing registration for Target Credit and Debit Cards.
