Passionate about all things travel, I co-founded Flytrippers, an online travel media that publishes content to help you travel more: flight deals, travel tips, and especially knowledge on travel rewards points. We reach hundreds of thousands of readers each month.As a former management consultant, I am just as passionate about the travel industry itself as I am about travel. Various media outlets (TV, radio, print, online) regularly feature my expertise on everything from ultra low-cost carriers and aviation news to rewards programs and general travel tips. And having been to over 50 countries in the past 3 years alone, I love how travel makes us better humans—and I especially love to share how to do more of it with as many people as possible. I was honored to be featured in my local CBC station's "30 Under 30" list, to receive KPMG Canada's Community Leadership Award, to be invited as an expert at international entrepreneurship events in Europe and Africa, and more recently to have been among the 250 Canadians selected to participate in the 2020 Governor General's Leadership Conference.I currently volunteer on a committee to attract commercial service to my regional airport (for my local economic development agency), as a facilitator for Techstars Startup Weekends (entrepreneurship events), and as an ambassador for La Ruche (a regional crowdfunding platform).Before my entrepreneurship journey, I obtained my MBA degree from Laval University, Canada's oldest institution of higher education. Then, as a Senior Consultant in KPMG Advisory's Strategy practice (formerly SECOR), I collaborated on various types of engagements: growth strategy, strategic planning, business analysis, M&A, etc. with clients in a variety of fields and industries, including tourism, retail, and the public sector.I also take community involvement to heart, and since entrepreneurship and innovation are two of my interests, I co-founded the first edition of the Startup Weekend event in my hometown of Trois-Rivières and am still involved, having facilitated events in Canada (QC, NB, NL, PE), as well as in the US (LA, OH, NC). I also enjoy doing my part to help develop the next generation of business leaders by coaching a team and, most recently, being part of the jury for the largest inter-university academic case competition in Canada, the Commerce Games.I care deeply about continually learning, as well as helping others do the same.
