As CPO I lead AutoRABIT in offering the world new products and ways of operating that reduce waste, remove drudgery and anxiety from software development and delivery, and give back the autonomy, responsibility, personal development, mastery, and creativity that once gave craft workers great personal value and self-esteem.I'm the author of Flow Engineering (IT Revolution Press), a book on optimizing team work flow and psychological flow. I'm also the author of Mastering Salesforce DevOps, the leading book on the Salesforce development lifecycle. Before joining AutoRABIT, I designed Amplify DX, Copado Continuous Delivery, Copado VSM and Analytics. My technical foundations are as a Salesforce architect, developer, and product leader, but my passion is for the human side of software development. I study the intersection of business, technology, and psychology through systems thinking, Buddhology, and Lean.
