I‘ve worked with cannabis and hemp for 40 years, and I’m considered one of the pioneers of legal cannabis in California and the United States. I was a co-founder and an executive and director of Harborside Health Center for 14 years (now Statehouse). I am an expert in building cannabis retail organizations and supply chains, public policy, advocacy, and social justice. As an advisor and executive coach, I assist clients in all aspects of cannabis and psychedelic organizational planning, strategy, culture, brand development, launch, and growth.
