Strategic Communications and Marketing: Responsible for developing and executing Lucid’s marketing and communication strategy. Achieved 50% year over year revenue growth from 2009–2012. Business Development and Strategic Partnerships: Developed partnerships with Fortune 100 companies, include Siemens Industries, Constellation Energy, and Johnson Controls Inc. which led to to $750k+ in annual revenue. Public Programs: Founded the Campus Conservation Nationals—an electricity and water reduction competition that engaged 250,000 students on 150 college campuses annually. Technology Partnerships: Launched partnerships to create low cost hardware/software package—500+ of packages deployed in commercial buildings. Team Management: Manage a team of four direct reports. Provided staff support to ensure the team met our annual revenue targets. Devised and implemented organizational processes to grow the company from seven to 26.

Education and consulting focused on environmental sustainability. Foresight Design Initiative was enlisted by foundations, museums, nonprofits and city governments to develop programs, facilitate collaborative design processes, and conduct research. Our focus was on finding ways to address complex environmental challenges through systems analysis.
