Successfully completed IPO of the Group raising $20m of capital within 6 months joining the Group, including reconstructing 3 years historical financials (including audit), KPI identification and reporting, strategy development, IPO prospectus preparation, and investor marketing. Successfully completed further $7m on market capital raise in June 2022.Group strategy development activities including evolution of strategy, communication, prioritisation activities and flow down into overall group business plans and budgets.
