Working as part of a team of four finance managers, I have consistently met or exceeded expectations in both sales volume of ancillary products and customer satisfaction. As a Quality Assurance Specialist my responsibilities included contacting customers with recently completed work orders performed by either internal technicians or external sub-contractors. I would carefully inspect all work completed as outlined in the work order for that job, as well as the entire Dish system in order to decrease chances of malfunction, in turn saving the company from having to reissue work orders and keeping costs low.

As an active duty member of the US Army, Military Police Corps, I trained as part of a team for law enforcement duties as well as combat related battlefield circulation and control. I was responsible for the security of over 50,000 soldiers and their family members. Daily duties often included traffic enforcement, investigations, creating accurate and detailed reports, guard and patrol duties, as well as general team building and physical training. As a member of the Military Police Corps, it was my duty to be an example to other soldiers by demonstrating professional appearance, professional behavior, and punctuality. I trained and became certified in emergency vehicle operations, Doppler traffic radar, OC pepper spray, JOTC (Jungle Operations Training Certification), use of tactical weapons, and general law enforcement techniques. Preparedness was paramount to being a valued member of the Military Police and allowed me to handle any situation in which I became involved.
