As the Controller it is my responsibility to analyze QuickBooks financials to set the yearly budget and reconcile monthly journal entries, supervise payroll, oversee all invoicing, manage cost control/auditing measures, and develop client profitability metrics through Excel formulas and MSPCFO. I also manage office administration and Human Resources duties. I recently attended an HTG Peer Group Meeting in Denver, CO to discuss business and management strategy with business owners from around the country.

As a marketing administrator, I was tasked with managing our company's marketing platforms. I developed the design and content for the company website through Wordpress and Divi Builder, created brochures and email headers through Photoshop, Canva, and My Creative Shop, and monitored Kite Tech social media outlets including Instagram, Facebook, Google+, and LinkedIn. I also attended a conference in Atlantic City, New Jersey to promote our insurance services and generate prospect interest.

As a Mission of Hope mobilization intern, I was a liaison to village leaders, translators, and communities, guiding over seventeen American teams between the summers of 2015 and 2016. I led week-long teams into Haitian villages to complete work projects, build relationships with communities, and share the Gospel, while maintaining safety protocol and upholding Mission of Hope values. I conducted tours of the Mission of Hope campus and surrounding sites and learned about the mission of the organization, able to address team member questions and concerns. I led team member discussions of seventy people on how to translate the lessons learned in Haiti to life in the United States. I was the intern and team leader during the 2017 Spring Break, for 18 college students and adults and performed logistics duties, communicated daily with Mission of Hope staff, translators, and village leaders, and facilitated an authentic safe atmosphere for nightly team debriefs.

I promoted different events organized by A Wider Circle including the National Conference on Ending Poverty in Washington D.C. and The Race to End Poverty through emailing different organizations, posting fliers, and talking to different businesses. I also wrote a press release for the National Conference on Ending Poverty to encourage DC citizens, organizations, and businesses to join us in advancing the mission of helping children and adults rise out of poverty.
