Project Manager responsibilities in this role include 'cradle to the grave' supervision of several hundred legacy and new part numbers in a high-mix, low-volume AS9100 certified aerospace shop. This role requires considerable familiarity with GD&T, machining theory, and expertise in Swiss lathe CNC machining. This role entailed operating several Citizen Swiss CNC Lathes using Fanuc and Mitsubishi controls. Precision Aerospace is a high mix, low volume production environment which requires considerable ability with complex setups, troubleshooting, and close-tolerance machining and measurement. Aerospace and medical components were typically produced from stainless steel alloys including Inconel, A286, and Cobalt.

Supervising the calibration schedules for all deployable squadrons and the supporting departments, managing corresponding data entry, generating funding requisitions, and handling shipping logistics between cooperating laboratories and deployed squadrons were among the responsibilities held in this role.

Finished furniture pieces were then manufactured to specification.
