As Highways Maintenance Manager at Havering council, I leverage my 28+ years of experience and BEng (Hons) Civil Engineering to manage our dedicated team of Highway officers and Engineers to ensure a safe Highway network for our residents. In my previous role at Enfield I managed a multi-disciplinary team within a Highways and Public Realm environment. My mission is to deliver high-quality and sustainable solutions that enhance the urban landscape and improve the lives of the residents and visitors of Enfield.I have a track record of success in contract writing, procurement and management, financial and budget control, and stakeholder management. I oversee projects and programmes of work that range from minor maintenance to major regeneration, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to client specification. I also enjoy leading and working as part of a team that fosters creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
