My previous roles in management have allowed me to use my strong communication skills to effectively resolve various issues in multiple fields. I would often have to take on different responsibilities with little notice, and "wear many hats" in any given situation. Not long after stepping into management I realized the incredible productivity that arises from meaningful and efficient communication. Incorporating teamwork into an effective flow of information has become my passion. Following the ideas of increasing productivity I discovered the world of software development, and decided to jump in the deep end of the pool. After about two days of learning to code in Java it became clear to me that this is the field to which I belong. I am very analytical and logical in my decision making, which has only improved my ability to quickly adapt new technologies for implementation. Integrating software development into my desire to streamline efficacy has led me to become a high-achieving and adaptive developer with a strong drive for bringing projects to fruition.
