In 2022 alone, Andrew and his team funded over $1.35 billion in commercial mortgages, of which $980 million represented transactions in Ontario and $240 million represented transactions in Quebec. Some notable transactions that Andrew has facilitated over the past few years include:- CMHC Construction financing and take out loan for the Novus development located in the heart of Liberty Village in Toronto.- CMHC Construction financing for the development of the new, 39-storey rental tower located at 45 Strachan Avenue in Toronto.- CMHC construction financing and take out loans obtained for the rental apartment towers at The Well development in Toronto.- Arranged the construction financing and subsequently financed the takeout loan for the Humaniti mixed-use development in Montreal.- A/B structured financing for the acquisition of 22 industrial/flex properties totaling 692,631 sf of NLA located in Ottawa.- Acquisition financing for a portfolio consisting of four industrial buildings comprising 50,524 sf of GLA located in Montreal.- 1,100 unit residential complex CMHC insured term financing.- $56 million acquisition financing for a high-profile student residence.- Term financing of a newly constructed multi residential development located in Laval. - CMHC term financing on a 500+ bed newly constructed student housing asset in Ottawa.
