Andrew Sandifer is a senior strategic financial executive who has spent the last 20+ years helping public and private companies drive sustainable value creation. Andrew has extensive experience in guiding organizations through major transitions, including M&A, strategic realignment, restructuring, and ERP system implementation. Andrew qualifies as an audit committee financial expert and recently completed the National Association of Corporate Directors CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight. Currently, Andrew is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FMC Corporation (NYSE: FMC), an agricultural sciences company based in Philadelphia, PA, with ~$5B in revenue and ~75% of its revenue outside the United States. Andrew joined FMC in 2010 as Vice President of Corporate Development to re-establish the company’s capability in M&A and Strategic Planning. He was deeply involved in the portfolio transformation of FMC that reshaped a diversified chemical company into the focused agricultural sciences business it is today. Andrew led several transformation initiatives, including the integration of a major cross-border acquisition. He also served as Treasurer prior to being named CFO. In addition to his core financial duties, Andrew has executive oversight of the IT/Cybersecurity, Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development/M&A, Corporate Venture Capital/ New Business Development, Enterprise Risk Management, and Business Process Improvement functions.
