Responsibilities included management and oversight of the flight-worthy 1MW electric motor, 1MW motor controller, 250kWh battery system, 1kV high voltage distribution and wiring, and systems integration.Key accomplishment: Drove coordination between teams at Collins Aerospace, Pratt & Whitney, the RTX Research Center, and external supplier partners to successfully complete the Preliminary Design Review (PDR) of high-power, high-efficiency flight components and system in less than 6 months from program launch.

Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff to Vice President of Collins Aerospace Electric Power Systems responsible for performance management, strategic planning, lean transformation initiatives, organizational communication, and electric propulsion technology development.Key Accomplishment: Led cross-functional conceptualization and launch of the most advanced electric power systems lab in the industry - The Grid. This high power, high voltage $50 million facility will facilitate the design and test of systems for the next generation of more electric aircraft.
